My son who is 3 years old went through and had a tonsillotomy had his adenoids removed and had tubes put in. We are in the evening of day one after his surgery and he has been suffering from reflux because he's not able to eat. So I called on call and spoke with Dr Chasse himself and I get told that there's nothing that he can do and there's nothing he can tell me. Dr Chasse has been my ENT since I was 2, I’m now 23. He has put in multiple sets of ear tubes for me and treated many ear infections. He is an excellent doctor who has always helped me when I’ve had a problem and found ways to prevent future ear infections. He is great at his job and I can’t recommend him enough!
He was my spouse's oncology doctor for several years. I don't think he ever actually read the chart and was often clueless regarding things already discussed. Scary to think he is the medical director as he has NO patient compassion whatsoever!
No bedside manner, but he is a fine urologist.
This guy is on roller skates , so don't expect to have your questions answered !
I would not recommend Dr. Chasse at all. It took them six months to even call me. Once they did, they scheduled me quickly however he never showed up. I drove an 1.5 to get there and they only told me after 30 minutes of waiting that he wouldnt be coming in. They didn't even apologize.
My surgery went very well and no issues. I found Dr. lopes professional, concise and concerned for my well being and health.
Skilled surgeon who is knowledgeable and decent bedside manner. I only wish my first follow up appointment after surgery was with him and not his PA. No complaints about her at all, but she is not the surgeon.
