Used these guys for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. They came highly recommended from a neighbor and i have since highly recommended them. Brilliant, efficient service. Super friendly. Really reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again.
Seem good until things go wrong: I dropped my car off on a Monday, as arranged, then waited ten days until the following Thursday before I phoned to see how things were going. I was then told a faulty part had been identified, but because they couldn't get one from their supplier, I'd have to buy it myself. This was news to me, and when I politely (but frustratedly) asked at what stage they'd discovered this - and had they planned to ever contact me to tell me - things got very heated. I was recommended G & R vehicle repairs from a friend as I was new to the area, I would give them more stars if possible, they have been a great help to me with a van I was sold which had some problems… I will not hesitate about using them in the future and would also recommend others to use them
