What an amazing experience. When I walked in the door a young man asked if I needed help. I needed a new garbage can. He put it in my trunk for me and also laid the back seat down so it would fit better. He also helped me find the other items I needed. On another note, there is nothing like the smell of a hardware store. Thank you so much. You are appreciated.

I often shop there because I don't want to purchase 10 or 20 of an item as only 1 or two will do. The customer service is great often assisting in solving repair problems. Very nice store and employees.

What a great store! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Courteous and do not try to “upsell” on their inventory. I can’t believe someone left a bad review here because they were asked by the staff if they needed any help a few times. That’s what makes this store exceptional and a stand-out; that’s why people go here. If you want no assistance and to feel like you’re a burden, by all means, go to Lowes. If you want individual attention to help with a problem you may be having, go here. Nice store and awesome people.
