They are so helpful. When they have stuff on sale, it is REALLY cheap. I really love to go to this place and wander, they have so much! Today I called and they even have strike plates for door knobs. Lowe's did NOT have them.
Poor customer service. They do not ask if you need help or even greet you when you walk in the door. It's almost impossible to get any worker's attention if you do need to ask a question. Today I waited on line to check out even though a second register was open because the employee was talking to a friend instead of checking out customers - and yes he did see me standing there waiting. They also have a poor selection of supplies especially compared to another hardware store that is located just a mile away. I try not to sho... read more
