We just picked up our brand new Yamaha jet boat. Our salesperson was Chris and he was awesome. We live in New Jersey but the price that Chris offered us was worth the three hour drive to Connecticut.The service manager Steven was so helpful as well. We have owned boats for years but never had such great service from a marine dealer. They were knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
If you own a Yamaha boat or wave runner and live in the Northeast, take it to G & R. I drive over an hour but would drive more if needed to make sure G & R serviced my boat. The service by Greg and team is simply the best. They are extremely knowledgeable and straight up with you. Simply best in class for Yamaha sales and Service! Thanks G & R for all you do!

This dealer has been great. They took my boat in for service even though I didn’t buy it there. Took the time to send me pics of the install they were doing before and after making sure I was happy with it before making holes in my boat. I had a laundry list of small issues that needed attention as this was the first service for my new boat. They took care of everything. Other dealers I’ve dealt with wouldn’t take the time to communicate with me like g and r did.
