Quick response and same day call out request for a faulty boiler. Within a few days, a new boiler was installed. A very tidy job and a fair price. Highly recommended.
Our central heating boiler at a Lodge we own just south of Dunbar stopped working, showing an error code E160. This, according to Baxi is a faulty fan. Tried phoning and leaving messages a few times but never received a reply. I won't leave a bad review as we didn't have work done and we don't even know if the business is still running.

This company installed an oil fired boiler at our property less than 2 years ago. The exhaust from the boiler has been directed towards an old stone wall, less than 30cm away, causing endless damage to the stone. The outside drainage pipe has not been insulated and is subject to freezing. Worst aspect though is lack of response to any messages.
