Peor servicio no puede existir, horrible servicio al cliente, groseros, RATEROS, MENTIROSOS, engañando para obtener contrato. No bailan ahí. Solo arruinan el evento.
Bad costumer service poor communication
Pesimo servicio, dueña del salon super arrogante y grosera, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, termino robandome 950 dollares, nadamas por que quizo, no habia razon en lo absoluto.. miente para que agarres co trato y al final no cumple.. Leeann bien el contrato y exsigan copia porque, es suoer manñosa y al final sabotea evento.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff were extremely disrespectful. They lacked basic honesty and integrity, which made the situation even more frustrating. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers or treat people with the respect they deserve. Best ballroom experience I've ever had, really good dj and music group. Very elegant for the size of place and it was very nice.
