The worst airline I’ve ever flown with. I travel frequently all over the world, so I have a solid basis for comparison — and Delta Airlines has been the most disappointing experience so far. What a great first experience flying with Delta Airlines during the holidays! The flight crew was friendly, and the pilot's takeoff and landing were perfectly smooth. It meant so much to finally see family after three years. Huge thanks to Delta for ensuring safe travels when it mattered most!
I recently flew with Delta Airlines from Hialeah, FL , to Grand Cayman, and honestly, it couldn't have been a better experience! Everything was incredibly seamless, right from when I booked until we landed. Our flight departed and arrived exactly on time, and I was so impressed by how professional and friendly both the pilot and co-pilot were. Feeling secure is always my top priority when flying, and I felt absolutely safe the entire way. Delta truly made international travel feel easy, efficient, and completely stress-free.
Worst customer service ever. I literally was trying to book a flight for two days could not access skymiles. literally tried to reset the account numerous times called for assistance and nothing. I’m not even sure if the person supposed to assist with these things spoke english,
