Delta provided a comfortable flight with excellent service. The cabin was clean, the staff was professional, and we arrived exactly on time. I had also booked another flight through an agency named Faresmatch.
Loaded us on the plane for 4 hours from 6pm until 10pm as we sat in the airport waiting for takeoff. Multiple reasons why they couldn’t fly (weather, fuel, jetstream, too long for pilots, etc.) they served no food while we sat there for 4 hours. Then once we got off there was no staff left to rebook anyone’s flights. They left us vouchers for hotels and a phone number to call that was jammed the entire time and the vouchers wouldn’t load. No hotels were available in Miami at that time because of other flights being cancelled... read more
