I wanted to leave a 5-star review for G & R Auto & Truck Repair after personally witnessing how professionally their team handled a really difficult situation during an emergency on the road. I happened to be there while they were responding to the situation, and despite being aggressively yelled and cursed at by Gordon from Top Notch plumbing company out of escondidio that had called them out, the G & R Auto & Truck Repair mechanics remained calm, respectful, and professional the entire time. I've taken my vehicles to G&R through out the decades. They are always friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend G&R to anyone.
Charlie and his team took care of my RV, went the extra mile and fixed everything beyond expectations!
Told me my truck needed a full def tank replacement due to a bad sensor causing for the CEL to come on, I double checked with c and m motors and I don’t need the full def tank just the sensor. Not sure why they were confused on that and not only that HINO is paying for it under warranty. G & R recommended a 2k bill.————- They did send me maintenance records from 7 years ago when I asked them too in a timely manner. And gave me useful information about inspections.
