Did very little to work with my insurance to schedule the repairs and the back and forth went on for months. The finalized it after my insurance had to send lengthy emails. Repairs had to be scheduled four months after approval. They said the repair for a quarter panel would take a few weeks and they keep pushing back the estimated due date and are not consistent with updates whatsoever.
