Alex did our inspection and he did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and the report covered everything. My husband and I are both very happy with our experience. For reference, the house we had inspected is 100 years old, so this was no simple task. We very much recommend GQ Inspections.

GQ Inspections performed a home inspection on the house I recently purchased. I was unable to attend the home inspection in person and relied on the Home Inspection Report in my negotiations with the sellers. When I moved in, I found that the dishwasher was in really bad shape. It was missing parts, had significant mineral buildup on the heating element and door seals, and had cracked and rusted dish trays. Dennis Evans did a great job inspecting two properties for us. He and Matt were professional and thorough. We received the report the next morning, with great photos and a thorough explanation of all the problems. He even referred us to quality contractors who could help us fix the problems on the property.
