Bad customer service
Went here for many years then moved. Will be returning after twelve year absence.
Been going here for 20 years, I am on my second barber: the young guy, I think his name is Andrew. He really takes his time, which is great.
The worst place ever! I took my dad for a simple haircut and the customer service was an absolute ZERO. They have no manners, no professionalism, and clearly no training. We waited 40 minutes while they completely ignored us, only for them to come back and say, “We can’t take him because we don’t know how to cut his hair.” Excuse me?
