They were hired by my HOA to remove a tree from a common area. They used my driveway, side yard, and backyard as their access point to the common space without my permission. I went to show them how to access the area through HOA property and they said no because they wouldn't be able to get their machine in that way. They left debris all throughout my yard, blew the debris from the driveway into my landscape beds, left empty water bottles and soda cans in the common space and tore up sections of my yard. G Pro Tree Service is reasonable priced and did a great job
We used this contractor twice because his pricing was competitive. 2 stars because the first time service was fine but the second time we had a terrible experience. The second time he said they'd come between 11 and 1pm. At 1pm I text him what's up. He says meh, it' rained so they're not coming but they'd come the next day. I think to myself, okay, you could have let me know! Same day, several hours later we go on a walk and we come home to several people working in our backyard cutting down the tree. G Professional Tree Service did a fantastic job removing 3 very large trees in my backyard. They were courteous, punctual and very efficient. Great job in overall cleanup. Highly recommend their services.
