He missed two appointments to come look at what I wanted to have done (install a couple outdoor lights and some outlets) then missed two appointments to do the work, finally just never showed up and wouldn't return my calls or texts. He never called when he missed the appointments either, I had to call him myself every time to find out why he didn't show up.
