Thankyou to the dream team at G&P Builders for building us our family home! Right from the start, we felt in safe hands with Mike - he was patient, considerate and timely in his approach. Nothing special. They sub contract out a lot for things, and a few years down the track, it's starting to show. I've been chasing down keys for windows for 3 years. Keep getting the run around. Tiles and flooring are starting to come up and getting told about extras after it's too late to change. This was annoying. Plumbing billed for not fully connected, dug up my yard to check and fix. Honestly, nothing special.

From start to finish they were excellent at communication, great attention to detail, all team members well coordinated, always helpful and clearly know their stuff. Everything progressed in good time and we are very happy with our house. All their tradespeople were coordinated well and did an excellent job. They made this whole process easy for us although we were new at this - so glad we chose them and will not hesitate to do so again if needed.
