Arlington, TX, July 7, 2025 GP replaced an EGR valve for my Nissan Frontier 2002. The EGR replacement is quick, and total fee is $120 which is very reasonable. (Before taking my Nissan truck to GP, I had taken Nissan truck to another mechanic who sprayed WD-40 but he could not loosen the EGR, he said the torch is needed to loosen EGR, but his shop does not have a torch. The first mechanic also said if he forced open the EGR, part of the exhaust pipe may break because that place is rusty, corroded. He gave up.)

This guy is very unprofessional and hostile. He was suppose to provide service back in Feb of 2024 & did not complete the job accordingly. We even have a document stating he is to refund us back for the incomplete job & yet still incomplete. I kindly went over to speak with him & the first thing he said not to go over and charge him up. All I am wanting is for this man to keep his word and refund us like he agreed too. Does not communicate once he has your car. Won’t return phone calls or text. Took my car to him 3 times and the issue is worse now. Do not recommend at all.
GP Auto Engine Installation was able to get my car towed and repaired within 2 days! Alvino was highly communicative and timely literal life savers definitely recommend!
