If people are getting their nails done,it needs to not be a rushed, mediocre and rude experience. These people need to improve their service and communication. there are better places out there with kinder, nicer people.

I’ve been going here for a long time. Not super regularly but about 2-4 times a year. I’ve loved it. But I have to speak about my latest experience with a pedicure. The gel painting and the overall pedicure was as it always was which is to say good. But when the tech was working on my toenails and snipping some of the cuticles, she grabbed what felt like a piece of my skin on my big toe and ripped it. Had a gel manicure with design. Ryan did a really great job but rang me up at $55 and then the women started telling him it needed to be more and he walked away and they charged me $75. When I asked why, they said it was because of the design. I didn’t do anything difficult. I feel ripped off and would not go back due to their dishonesty.
