I purchased a BMW X4 from this dealership, they are the most unprofessional dealership out there. I do not recommend buying from this location. The customer service is horrible. First we were traveling 4 hours to purchase. We sent everything ahead of time so that the vehicle would be ready. When we got there nothing was prepared , plates were not ready and car needed gas. We had to ride with Isiah to get gas. He is absolutely the worst. before he even serviced us he asked us to go and give him a review. I was so confused. Should be ZERO stars. They sold me a car under lien! Showed me a clean Equifax report indicating no lien, clean title. No registration came in the mail which I paid the dealer to do(tax/tags/title fees) and no title came in the mail. I called MVC to check up on it about a month after purchasing (in cash) from the dealer and they said they had no registration for the vehicle I purchased.
