Should be ZERO stars. They sold me a car under lien! Showed me a clean Equifax report indicating no lien, clean title. No registration came in the mail which I paid the dealer to do(tax/tags/title fees) and no title came in the mail. I called MVC to check up on it about a month after purchasing (in cash) from the dealer and they said they had no registration for the vehicle I purchased.
