Very poorly constructed homes, cheap quality and not CUSTOM at all. Unless you want to get ripped off and not even have your stuff fixed under your home warranty. Dont buy from this company.List of issues since buying this home.Defaulted carpet, leaks in basement wall, grout cracked all throughout, poorly caulked through entire house including had a breeze coming from the outside. Theyve fixed a few of these issues but did not fix all even under a home warranty. Disgusting
