Very unprofessional experience in Merrimac by the Hillside ave area. My truck broke down in a residential neighborhood and was not drivable. I calmly explained the situation to the worker on the back of the dumpster truck, who was polite and understanding. However, the driver came out aggressively yelling, repeatedly saying “you can’t park there, move your truck” despite being told multiple times that the vehicle was broken down and physically could not be moved. Great customer serivce!!
Still nothing has changed, 20 years. I’ve used this place until about three years ago! If I could give negative stars I would. Closed to contractors Friday, Saturday and Sunday perfect, so how do we get rid of our trash when you’re a capacity at 9:30 in the morning expected to finish jobs And removed debris! Our checks depend upon it! Why don’t you keep burning the place down and collecting insurance money or just keep slamming the recycling in the same place you stuff the trash keep charging money and closing early. For all the petty complainers why don't you guys work in the trash industry for a week and put yourselves in the drivers and the labors shoes and then we would like to hear your opinion but until then stop judging what you can't comprehend
