Went there yesterday and the Neurologist I had Dr. George Dillon was very fast he wouldn't listen cut me and my mom off was not liking any questions ask I felt so uncomfortable and was trying so hard to push through but felt so unheard and overwhelmed being pushed to do things i was uncomfortable with I was trying so hard not to cry He was just so fast. kept cutting us off I felt so rushed. My daughter had an appointment for the EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) and the staff here did not follow up with them and now she has lost her bed. My wife and I had to basically do everything to get the authorization and it was too late.
Dr. Dillon he is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He has been my mothers dementia doctor for five years and he does a wonderful job.
