I have been stranded in freezing temperatures for over 5 hours waiting for a tow truck from this company. Every time I have called they have said that a tow truck is 60-90 minutes away. I just called for the 5th time and they said that my situation is now "inactive" in their system and a tow truck is not coming and the representative hung up on me.

Would not recommend these guys at all, super unreliable. Scheduled a tow and was told it would be 90 minutes. After 90 minutes we called and they said it would be another 45 minutes. After 45 minutes they texted and said they had an emergency and wouldn't be available to pick us up until the next day! What an absolute disaster of a business.
