Awesome experience! The dispatcher on the phone was a bit gruff and kinda sarcastic, but that's new england charm right? But stick with the dispatcher! She really did us a favor and got us a repairman in just a couple of hours. The guy fixed a minor gas leak. He was very communicative and just a nice guy. And in the end, it cost 1/3 (yes, one third) of what a bigger company quoted me for the same work earlier that day! Highly recommended and will be our go-to company for routine jobs.
Greg and his team corrected a long-standing problem with my bathroom toilet. The toilet wasn't installed properly by the original contractor. Greg walked me through the whole process in a calm clear voice. Folks I am a very picky person who tends to hover over service people, and this has been a problem in the past.
