From initial enquiry to the viewing itself, there was little effort made to engage or support us as potential buyers. These companies are another reason this country is no longer for British working class. Offered a years rent up front but the credit machine says no. These people make me sick
Poor communication, very slow and unhelpful. Had to keep calling to try and book a viewing even after completing applications.
