Old man answered asked him if they would scrap a large piece of steel (a cars old ptu). He proceeded to get loud and tell me he doesn't buy old cars.
The weight never shows on the scale so you never know what the true weight is they just tell you an amount and that's it also they have had cans at .50 for ever I believe at this time it's closer to .65
I feel i was shorted a few pounds or more and then given less per pound than what was listed. If you can weigh your brass or copper before you get there it's worth the effort.
