Very poor customer service. Took tap back within guarantee, they were no help, they pretended not to find the invoice on their system. Then on our second visit when we found the receipt they suddenly found it. GMS did not give us a refund or replace the tap. I will not be using this company again. They are rude and very poor customer service.
Fantastic customer service and prices. Visited today to get advice and parts to fix a leaking toilet cistern. Not only, did I get the parts (and spanner) at a great price, but helpful advice on fitting. Thank you. Great local business.
