We’re a licensed contractor based in Washington State, and unfortunately our project is now past Net 30 and we still have not been paid. We were transferred four times trying to get answers while the person handling our project was on vacation. To be fair, everyone else we worked with was great—especially Sam, who genuinely tried to help. But Jason completely ruined our experience with this company. Great reliable company. I have worked with them for almost 20 years. They have always been friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable of the projects. The aren't push overs though and as long as they are treated Fairly they will treat you fairly. If you try to lie, cheat, or steal, they will call you out.
We have worked with GM Northrup on multiple projects and I must say, they are one of the best contractors to work with!
