I’ve been going to Sara for a few years now. Even after I moved, I still drive 30-40 minutes just for her genuine service and the true quality she provides. She uses the best techniques and products and always has such beautiful colors. Her work is very precise and detail oriented. The salon is so beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My manicure lasts longer than it ever has while still keeping my real nails healthy. I can usually go 3-4 weeks and on my 3rd week I’ve even had someone ask if I just got them done. I came in on a Tuesday as a first-time customer to get my nails done. When I arrived, I was asked if I had an appointment. Since the salon doesn’t have a website that allows for online booking like many others do, I assumed it was walk-in friendly. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have time to take me. It would be helpful if they provided clear and accurate information about their appointment policy online. Due to this lack of clarity and organization, I won’t be returning.

The worst customer service ever They are so rude I drop my sister there after one hour and 20 min they didn’t do anything except remove nails. And they are talking rude to us Never gonna go back there again ever again. It me noir my cousins and sister
