The worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with in my life. Non responsive to email or phone calls. Can't coordinate internally among their own staff "oh, I thought so-in-so was handling that for you". Repetitive requests for changes and updates that never seem to get properly processed, and when they do, more often than not a "bad" change gets introduced so you have to start the change process all over again to undo the "extra" error.
