I can't rate GM Douglas highly enough. We have used them on a number of occassions over the last year both for minor issues on our own property and for a couple of our rental properties. No job is too small, they come when they say they will and they leave the place immaculate afterwards. A very professional organisation that are friendly, helpful and efficient.

We recently contacted G M Douglas when our regular engineers became unavailable. We required 4 x gas safety certificates at short notice. The GMD engineer contacted us en route as agreed with an eta and arrived on time. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. All 4 checks were carried out thoroughly and within the time frame anticipated. Following the work the engineer cleaned up after himself before leaving. Suffice to say we are thoroughly impressed with the service given.

I have used GM Douglas Plumbing and Heating for the last year and have found them efficient, quick to respond and have sorted out any issues in minimum time. I have referred to others due to their excellent service and will continue to do so.
