I've always taken my vehicle to G & M and I've been treated like family, something that has never happened before at any other place. This was before ownership changed hands, well now, not so good unfortunately not so good.

I needed a passenger door lock cover for my 2000bmw 323i wagon. And David took care of it. He went beyond what was expected. David went to the bmw dealership to place an order for the part in person. Also took the time to see if they had matching touch up paint that I could purchase. But instead of just notifying me that they had the paint available for me to purchase he went the extra nine yards and picked it up for me.
