G&M Automotive had replaced all six of my spark plugs. After getting them replaced, I had went to the Ford dealership and had my check engine light diagnosed along with a software update only for them to tell me that I had a cracked spark plug and that they needed replaced and tried to charge me an arm and a leg. I immediately contacted G&M and explained to them what happened and that I had some cracked spark plugs they had just installed on my truck and were never fully fixed.
