Ricky is the BEST car doctor in Boston! He has kept my 2007 Honda running for 3 years now. My car may be almost 20 years old but I have a Honda. So once a year when something goes- Ricky makes sure to replace it and he's so kind and so reasonable. Last year I needed my car immediately to drive to New York as my 65 year old father had a stroke. Ricky had my car when I got the call. These guys are great! Great location and fast- they have helped with burned out lights, flat tires etc... Can always fit you in even if you don't have an appointment!
We were trying to be sold a job that had been completed the previous year when I found the receipt and brought it back to him. I think he was very surprised said he would get back to me and I never heard from him again.
Highly recommend this shop. Ricky is the absolute best and has gone above and beyond for my family on numerous occasions. He is quick to respond and gets my car into the shop same day or the next day. He is kind and knowledgeable and does a great job.
