Condescending and bad attitude. Wanted $200 just to diagnose a problem, a different mechanic ended up identifying and fixing in 20 min for less just by hearing it. Shop around in that same little area, better mechanics just behind the building tbh
I have been very reluctant to bring my car to a repair shop outside the dealer since I've had my hybrid. However, I searched for repair shops that worked on hybrid cars in Santa Clarita and that had good reviews, there were not many to choose from, so I went with G&M Auto repair in Canyon Country.
