HORRIBLE STAY AWAY - Lowes contracts with them for repairs and gave me an appointment window of 1-5. They wanted to come at 11 am and because I didn't answer the phone 2 hours before my appointment time they didn't bother showing up. I called them back literally four minutes after they called and they said it was "too late" and they refused to come. Lisa was nasty and unprofessional. this place will rip you off. they charge 78 dollar service call PER APPLIANCE and in my case did not tell me untill i had already given them money. they made me pay up front then had problems with the tech showing up at all, finally they couldnt or wouldnt fix my dishwasher, im out 160 on a 300 dollar machine that is still broke. the tech said id get a refund on the part and service charge but later when i called i was told by the secretary that the tech doesnt determine that and that id get no refund. she hung up on me 3 ti... read more
