The are dishonest. They lied to AHS and said they showed up for an appointment when they did not. Calls go directly to voicemail where they lie, stating they will return your call. What type of business lie continually.

GM Appliance Services LLC was professional, explained the washer issue clearly, ordered parts, and quickly resolved the problem. I appreciate their promptness and give them a 5-star rating.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews before letting AHS schedule my appointment with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I do not understand how this is a business but they never answer the phone. They do not call back at all... If you have AHS, if they schedule you with this company, request that they use Sears instead.
I've been trying for two weeks to get a follow up appointment for a fridge. I did get someone to come and look at the problem, but never a follow-up call to see what the solution might be. I've left several messages and no one returns the call. Seems like a scam to me and American Home Shield should refund my money for the service call at this point. Very frustrating to say the least.
