Do not use this company. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. NEVER SHOWED UP TO EVEN LOOK AT THE APPLIANCE BUT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL AHS THAT THE PART WAS ON ORDER. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE phone BUT WILL SEND A TEXT TO TRY AND CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT. WENT BACK TO AHS AND HAVE TO WAIT 4HRS BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT STEP . And NO STAR AT ALL
I'm just putting what was said already ......I wish I would have looked at the reviews before letting AHS schedule my appointment with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I do not understand how this is a business but they never answer the phone. They do not call back at all... If you have AHS, if they schedule you with this company, request that they use Sears instead. I can't even give them no stars
GM came to my house for my refrigerator. Everything was freezing in the refrigerator. The technician had to order a part. That was on June 2. It’s not June 21 and I still don’t have the part and my food is still freezing. Haven heard anything. Called several times with no one answering my many calls nor getting a call back. Terrible services. Do not use them. I will never again.
The are dishonest. They lied to AHS and said they showed up for an appointment when they did not. Calls go directly to voicemail where they lie, stating they will return your call. What type of business lie continually.
