This company is so unprofessional and unresponsive. They came out to my home on 8/17 and told me the pump to my washer needed to be replaced. I called to check on the status of the part multiple times, left messages and was ignored. I called American Home Shield who called them and miraculously they answered. A technician was scheduled to repair the washer on 9/7 between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. I wish I would have had reviews. If you are using AHS cancel immediately. It had been 10 days no follow up no one EVER answer the phone. How they are in business is beyond me. Under no circumstances would I recommend this unprofessional company. If you have an appointment scheduled cancel and book with another company immediately.
Do not use this company. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. NEVER SHOWED UP TO EVEN LOOK AT THE APPLIANCE BUT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL AHS THAT THE PART WAS ON ORDER. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE phone BUT WILL SEND A TEXT TO TRY AND CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT. WENT BACK TO AHS AND HAVE TO WAIT 4HRS BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT STEP . And NO STAR AT ALL
I'm just putting what was said already ......I wish I would have looked at the reviews before letting AHS schedule my appointment with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I do not understand how this is a business but they never answer the phone. They do not call back at all... If you have AHS, if they schedule you with this company, request that they use Sears instead. I can't even give them no stars
