1-Star Review: Stay Far Away – Dishonest and Unprofessional I regret every second I gave this company my business. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. They demanded a large deposit supposedly for materials—way more than was actually spent on materials for my job. When I asked where the bulk of the equipment was, they said it was on order and would arrive in a few days, but they needed to keep it at their shop. I had a scheduled appointment with this company for them to install two ceiling fans. When they did not show up I called and was told there was a mistake in scheduling. If I hadn’t called they probably would not have bothered to let me know. Horrible customer service. They agreed to come later that afternoon. No thanks. I will not ever use this company again. Bad communication not very professional
