I called this company and asked if they work on commercial projects, person said "No, thank you and hung up? I had a follow up question if they work on residential projects. So I called them back and asked why are you hanging up the phone so quickly, and she hang up again. She would let me talk and ask question, she simply said she doesn't want my business. I call contractors on a daily basis, but this kind of customer service is inappropriate at all. In the end called them three times and they were not polite.
