Glenn is wonderful! What a wonderful professional service he provides. It has been along time since I have worked with someone as delightful as Glenn.
I am extremely impressed with the quality and speed of their service. They gave me a quote after checking the size of rooms, stairs, etc. I had them perform a couple repairs to areas of carpet that were missing or frayed and they did a fantastic job on the repairs. You could not see the area if you did not know it was there. I also got to visit their shop and found out they have a beautiful, clean and spacious facility where they actually lay out your rug and clean and dry it in their facility.
