Seems like they are never here! I get a good hairxilut whenever i come here but they dont answer the phone and if i show up the door is closed

Been going here for years, but the quality of the haircuts have been going down. Haircuts have been uneven in spots for the last 3 times I've come. On several occasions the shop has been "Open" but locked - either had to wait or go somewhere else while they were out to run an errand or get food. When they did get food they asked if they could eat - (very unprofessional IMO - eat before opening up and having us wait longer so we don't waste each other's time).
