Major disappointment and 13 months of lost time. After purchasing a brand new built home from GL homes , it took 13 months to resolve numerous deficiencies, many of which should have never occurred in the first place. Floors, chipped tiles, walls, cracks, cabinets, scratched windows interior and exterior , plumbing, roof etc. Home was essentially unfinished after closing and receiving the key.
