Ridiculously patronising place. I came with my fiance to pick a natural diamond engagement ring. We already had an idea of what we would like. Rather than help us pick a ring, we received a patronising lecture, like he was trying to belittle us. Save yourself the time and the agro, you don’t need to deal with time wasters like these. There are plenty of jewellers in the jewellery quarter that will treat you with respect instead of these clowns.

My family have been using Bicknell’s for nearly 50 years. It has been our go to jewellers, and therefore happy to recommend to a friend to clean her engagement solitaire and wedding ring. The service provided to her was far below what was expected and indicated to us and she was without her rings for over 3 weeks for what is a maximum 90-minute job.
