They are the worst and unprofessional company. If you want to be 2+ hours late for you appointment choose them, they are great at that. Their excuse is always they are short staff but why do the people have to pay for that. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

On the way to the doctor, a fragile 94 year old patient was dropped off at a street corner, not by the entrance to the medical facility! After the appointment, she was waiting to be picked up for exactly 2.5 hours! After a call when 1.5 hours passed, a very rude rep nearly screamed that they didn't have the phone number and the floor number - the 2 requirements for pick up. Horrible Service. Two unprofessionally dressed young men nearly dropped my mothers while bringing her down steps all of which was recorded on my home surveillance cameras. They then left her waiting 3 hours in the heat after a doctors appointment causing heat related illness for which ambulance was then called. Preparing a formal complaint to NY state regarding this awful organization preying on disabled individuals. They need to be shut down immediately.
