Absolutely horrible experience. I would never recommend renting from this company. The communication was terrible, they were completely disorganized, and they didn’t follow through on what was promised. We were told we could pick up our rental anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but when we arrived, every door was locked, no one answered the phone, and there was no communication whatsoever.
