I've been training martial arts for over 40 years. I hold several instructor rankings and I'm still humbled when I come to this class. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and has a god-given gift for teaching. I enjoy this class so much that I bring my two children with me. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.
Not a Gracie gym , they use some books written by some Gracie’s … but not a Gracie gym
I’ve been coming here for over a year with amazing results. I come from the city of Chicago to train because there’s no other place that’ll train you here like with blase and the rest of the team. Very grateful to have found this school. To piggyback off the other reviews, you’ll advance here faster than anywhere I’ve seen.

I get to come in and train almost every day, I love it cause it taught me self-control, and discipline, and has boosted my self-esteem. Overall you won't find another place like this. It's that good
