Hi, I'm jose Fuentes, G&J's repair and service my LEXUS IS300 and they did very good job I'm very happy that I found Oscar honest and very friendly and I'm sure I'm going to comeback every time that I need service on my car. I first dealt with G & Js Automotive 3 or so years ago. I can easily vouch for their honesty, transperancy and genuine care for us as car owners. They’ve always gone above and beyond to satisfy my best interests with offering great advice - even showing me first hand Whats actually happening under the hood. Been going to G&Js for a while now and they’ve always been accommodating! Being a female it isn’t always easy going to a mechanic but Oscar and his team have always helped and explained what needed to be done :) highly recommend!!
The most honest and professional mechanics I have ever met. Most importantly they listen to the customer. Gives honest and true advice. I took my outlander twice to check for an air conditioning condensor problem with my car. Great customer service. They spend enough time to inspect/diagnose and discuss options with myself.
