Came out at midnight to a blocked toilet which was causing an awful mess, the problem couldn't be fixed there and then but the plumber did what he could and returned the next day to finish the job. Very quick to respond, cleaned up after himself and made sure the problem was properly fixed before leaving. The price was probably around the industry standard - you expect a high price for an out of hours call out - but the team did definitely earn their fee in this case.
