Greg offered a great service. He had offered an appointment quickly after I had contacted him and came out the same day despite it not being an emergency job. He fixed the problem (leaky washing machine valve) and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. We had to give the washing machine a proper shove to get it back into position again, which is something he could have just let me get on with but offered to help which was so kind.
