I found these guys on Google, they had all the parts I needed for both my forklifts. Well done G & J !!! Thank you.
Technician visits are $150 per visit and they failed to deliver on both occasions. Luckily, we found another company who was able to fix the issue at hand. When voicing my complaint that we incurred financial losses due to their failure to diagnose the issue and provide a helpful resolution, their manager Yahira Felix was incredibly combative. Never in my life have I encountered such disappointing and combative response when addressing the unsuccessful outcome of a paid service. Absolutely would not recommend this business. ... read more
