Do not get delivery! I ordered delivery for a special date weeks ahead of time and they contacted me on the day of delivery with a curt message to find a different florist because the address was too far. Because the cancellation was so last minute I couldn't get a different delivery. Super unprofessional and unreliable.

Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job on my floral arrangements. I have had to use your services twice for two occasions, each time, the arrangements are so unique and made with so much love they truly stand out amongst the other funeral arrangements. First issue is that they delivered my order after business hours of the company and no one was there to receive the flowers. I don't understand why it takes them from the time they open until the time they close to prepare and deliver, and it isn't even a holiday. The flowers that were delivered did not look like the ones advertised on the 1-800 Flowers website. They look like the last ones at Kroger. I went to this store at 9:30 am and the door was locked. I turned around and a gentleman was behind me and proceeded to unlock the door and walk in as if I was invisible. I asked were they open. He looked me up and down (weird) and told me I have to order online. A bit rude and the way he didn't greet me kept looking me up and down made was extremely rude . Not sure what his deal was but I won't be ordering from them.
